We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage day-to-day social media activities, support content publishing, and assist in executing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter). The role focuses on strengthening brand visibility, engaging with audiences, and supporting overall marketing initiatives through consistent and creative social media efforts. 


Job Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and maintain company social media accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).  
  • Schedule and publish posts according to the approved content calendar.  
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging across all social platforms.  
  • Assist in creating engaging captions, short-form posts, visuals, and reels/videos.  
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to develop creative social media assets.  
  • Repurpose blogs, case studies, company updates, and marketing materials into social media content.  
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.  
  • Respond to audience inquiries and engage with followers professionally and promptly.  
  • Support execution of social media campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.  
  • Assist in running LinkedIn campaigns and brand visibility activities.  
  • Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.  
  • Prepare weekly or monthly reports with insights and improvement recommendations.  
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new content opportunities. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.  
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing.  
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.  
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.  
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.  
  • Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Express, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Page Management, and basic Google Analytics. 

Must Have:

  • Experience managing brand social media pages.  
  • Strong content writing and caption development skills. 
  • Understanding engagement strategies and audience interaction.  
  • Basic reporting and analytics interpretation ability.  
  • Ability to follow content calendars and maintain publishing consistency. 

Good to Have:

  • Experience with LinkedIn marketing and B2B social media strategy.  
  • Basic knowledge of short-form video content creation (Reels/Shorts).  
  • Familiarity with social media campaign execution and paid promotions.  
  • Understanding of content repurposing from blogs and case studies.
