This role owns the entire brand presence, LinkedIn strategy, and network growth plan for the company and its senior leaders. In addition to managing PR and outreach, the strategist will shape long‑term brand positioning and drive personal branding efforts that enhance authority and grow strategic networks. Like a personal branding consultant, you will clarify brand messages, optimize profiles, and publish authority content so that our executives appear higher in search results and build credibility.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn strategy for the company and C‑suite profiles, optimizing bios, headlines and visuals to ensure a unified voice.  
  • Create and manage an editorial calendar for posts, articles, and thought‑leadership content. Collaborate with executives and internal experts to ghostwrite posts, spotlight case studies, and showcase successes.  
  • Clarify brand messages and publish authority content across LinkedIn and other channels to position Agency Partner as an expert. 
  • Design and implement network growth strategies that target potential clients, partners, influencers, and industry peers. Focus on quality connections that support lead generation and brand trust. 
  • Identify and engage in relevant LinkedIn groups, communities, and forums, contributing valuable insights to increase visibility and authority. 
  • Coordinate cross‑channel networking efforts (events, webinars, virtual conferences) with business development to expand the company’s reach. 
  • Maintain a dynamic contact list of media and partnership opportunities, nurturing these relationships over time. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, podcast hosts, industry editors and LinkedIn influencers to secure interviews, guest posts, and panel appearances. 
  • Pitch stories that highlight Agency Partner’s expertise, awards and case studies across marketing, tech and business publications. 
  • Ensure consistent brand reputation on Google, LinkedIn and AI‑driven platforms by aligning PR messaging with personal branding strategies. 
  • Identify trending topics in digital marketing, web development, AI and business growth to develop insightful posts, articles and video content. 
  • Collaborate with designers to create visuals (banners, infographics, videos) that reinforce brand positioning. 
  • Coach leaders on LinkedIn etiquette, helping them engage authentically and build meaningful connections. 
  • Craft and maintain the brand’s narrative, ensuring all LinkedIn and PR activities align with Agency Partner’s mission of delivering digital tools and solutions . 
  • Monitor brand mentions and sentiment to maintain a positive digital reputation; handle negative feedback promptly and diplomatically. 
  • Track competitors’ PR and LinkedIn activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead in positioning. 
  • Use LinkedIn analytics and social listening tools to measure engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance. 
  • Report on KPIs (engagement, network growth, media coverage) and adjust strategies based on data insights. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and SEO teams to ensure brand, PR and network strategies support overarching business objectives. 

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in PR, communications, social media marketing or personal branding (agency or B2B environment preferred). 
  • Proven success in managing LinkedIn corporate pages and executive profiles, including network‑building and lead generation. 
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills; ability to turn complex topics into compelling narratives. 
  • Strong relationship‑building and pitching skills with media contacts and thought‑leaders. 
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, personal branding principles, and EEAT signals (Expertise, Experience, Authority, Trust). 
  • Experience in developing holistic brand strategies that integrate PR, thought leadership and network growth across multiple channels. 
  • Familiarity with PR and social media tools (e.g., MuckRack, Hootsuite, Buffer, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
