Description


The Sales & Marketing Lead will drive business growth through strategic sales leadership, digital marketing excellence, and regional expansion. This hybrid role combines new business development, client relationship management, and marketing strategy execution to build brand presence and revenue. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and strategy teams to ensure alignment between commercial goals and digital initiatives, adapting global strategies to local market realities. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities Internationally. (preferably US)  
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. 
  • Build, nurture, and manage high-value client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to localize offerings and ensure consistent brand messaging. 
  • Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and revenue streams. 
  • Create and lead comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content, and email campaigns) to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads. 
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and measurable ROI. 
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to refine positioning and campaign effectiveness. 
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and technical teams to execute multi-channel campaigns that align with sales objectives. 
  • Oversee performance tracking and analytics, ensuring continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making. 
  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales and marketing team. 
  • Implement frameworks, tools, and processes to improve team efficiency (CRM adoption, sales cycle optimization, marketing automation). 
  • Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration across departments. 
  • Contribute to regional business strategy, pricing models, and market entry plans. 
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and marketing performance dashboards. 
  • Translate global strategies into actionable regional execution plans tailored to local markets. 
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and drive long-term business success. 

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of combined experience in sales, marketing, and business development within digital marketing, tech, or agency environments. 
  • Proven record of achieving revenue targets and managing large client portfolios. 
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, content, automation) and their impact on sales growth. 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing analytics tools. 
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and build cross-functional alignment. 
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
  • Adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented professional comfortable navigating dynamic markets. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications. 
  • Experience in US-based agency environments or digital transformation services.
