Description


We are seeking a highly motivated Communications & Digital Marketing Executive to support internal and external communications, digital marketing, and business development initiatives across our brands. This role requires a balance of creativity, communication expertise, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will manage marketing content, internal communications, and digital engagement, and provide direct support to senior executives (CEO, COO, and other leadership).

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage internal communications and engagement plans to ensure alignment across teams. 
  • Develop and distribute professional correspondence related to projects, programs, and internal initiatives. 
  • Assist in internal branding and marketing activities for both brands. 
  • Create engaging content including blog posts, newsletters, and social media campaigns. 
  • Manage and grow company presence on LinkedIn and other digital platforms. 
  • Design and prepare high-quality presentations for internal and external use, ensuring clarity and impact. 
  • Support digital campaigns and ensure brand consistency across channels. 
  • Assist the CEO, COO, and other executives in tasks related to communication, presentations, and business development. 
  • Conduct research, draft proposals, and support client-facing communication efforts. 
  • Maintain clean, organized, and accessible document repositories for projects and programs. 
  • Coordinate meetings, logistics, and administrative support as needed. 

Requirements

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.  
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in communications, digital marketing, or related roles. 

Must Have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for engaging content creation. 
  • Proven ability to manage LinkedIn pages, blogs, and digital campaigns. 
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Experience supporting senior executives and handling sensitive information with discretion. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Teams, and digital marketing tools. 
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans. 

Timings: 7 pm to 4 am
